Our Leadership Team

Willie Oden is a longtime dedicated member of the Shelby County, AL community.  She has participated in various drives and campaigns that assist the community wherever needed.  Many refer to her as "Mother Oden", as she  pours her soul into counseling youth and young adults.

Blake Jones is an entrepreneur, has a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy.  Blake is a dedicated volunteer and as a result of his committed leadership, has been recognized as a part of Collegiate 100,  Building a Hornet Mentoring and Boom Building of Outstanding Young Men.

John Swift is an upstanding community volunteer, long serving leader, and deacon at his local church.  On any day, John may be found always advocating and serving his surrounding community.    Mr. Swift Loves to volunteer, build relationships and help others sacrificially.

Bernita Postell is highly regarded and widely recognized church and community volunteer.   For decades, she has cared for  inpatients at the local behavioral health hospital.  Ms. Postell additionally has a passion for teaching, encouraging youth and young adults.

Diahann Warren has a rich history in the nursing field, spanning decades.  Ms. Warren has received many accolades for her superior professional service and commitment.  Diahann's passion is rooted in excellence in program development and prisoner rehabilitation.
